TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered between WeWash, a car washing service provider and you, an individual (the “Customer”).
The vehicle – means any car, van, commercial vehicle,
motorcycle, caravan, or any other form of transport accepted by us for
cleaning.
We, us, Service Provider and WeWash – means WeWash car
washing business.
You, the Customer, and them – means the customer we make
this agreement with, including any persons we reasonably believe is acting with
the customers authority and knowledge.
WeWash shall provide car washing services to the Customer in exchange for payment.
The cost of the services shall be automatically set to £20
per car wash but may be adjusted where we see fit considering factors including
the type of vehicle, state of cleaning, services required.
Payment shall be paid by the Customer in the form of cash
and is due immediately after the service is provided.
WeWash shall not be liable for any damages caused to the Customer’s vehicle during the service.
The Customer should strive to provide access to water for the Service Provider to perform the service.
